Well, that was a surprise!

absolutley disappointing! the absence of an elevator was a travesty, and the air conditioning was just a faint suggestion of coolness, not the chill I needed after sweating all day. i woudl ve been nice to receive a complimentary upgrade for this nonsense, but perhaps that’s just expected too much here.
